Introduction to Franchise TeamBuilders
Franchise TeamBuilders(FTB) was formed in response to the growing need to improve the Franchise Development Cycle. Franchisors have long desired to provide their franchisees with the best in-class response and service, while maintaining a cost effective infrastructure. As one of the only service providers to integrate both franchise sales and transaction management for the pre-opening/development process, franchisors may elect to use FTB for one or both services. Unlike most competitors in the industry, franchisors do not have to pay a retainer fee or share royalties to engage FTB.
FTB’s Franchise Lead Generation/Sales platform is built to using a proactive multi-tiered approach, where a FTB sales associate will be assigned as an account manger to each franchisor. The account manager will continue to coordinate with FTB’s internal FTB sales team, outside franchise/business brokers and online franchising portals. Franchisors benefit from this approach as the compensation structure for the program is based off pay for performance; meaning its compensation is tied directly to actual Franchise Sales.
The transaction management for the pre-opening/development process is FTB’s other key service offering. This service provides franchisees with transaction management support from a dedicated client relations manager through the entire pre-opening and development process, from franchise license signing to store opening. FTB has a streamlined process for real estate services, lease negotiation, construction, HR solutions, etc., where the FTB client relations manager is accountable for the vendor relationships, project timelines, progress updates to the franchisor and obtainment of required materials for the franchisor’s review/approval through the entire process.
FTB believes in building solid relationships. On an annual or semi-annual basis FTB presents its franchisor clients with a full overview of the development timeline. This is where we will highlight all the steps in the process from lead generation, franchise signing to store opening, as well as discussing the various opportunities and successes. Franchisors also have real-time access to FTB’s online tracking system so at any time they can check the progress of their franchisees during the pre-opening phases.
