June 2008 - Joseph Toth has joined Franchise TeamBuilders as Chief Executive Officer

Joseph Toth has joined Franchise TeamBuilders as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.  In this capacity, he will oversee the operations, as well as the growth and development of this exciting company focusing on both vendor and client relationships. He will bring to Franchise TeamBuilders and its clients his best-in-class approach and methodologies to development services.

Prior to joining Franchise TeamBuilders, Mr. Toth served as the Director of Real Estate Development for Massage Envy Limited, LLC.  There Mr. Toth was responsible for an array of tasks, including managing and assisting Franchisees in the development pipeline, identifying new store locations, monitoring competitors and negotiating/renegotiating leases. His work also required extensive meetings with Franchise owners, commercial real estate brokers, other co-tenants, developers and real estate attorneys. During his tenure at Massage Envy, Mr. Toth helped the company grow from 75 locations open and 110 leases signed to over 430 open locations and 550 leases signed.
